Recently, after a fan posted an unfiltered photo that revealed her sagging jawline and visible wrinkles, Jenner was “mortified” by the image, sources say.

“She’s wrinkled in all the wrong places and has all this excess skin hanging from her jaw and not much chin to speak of,” the tipster shares. “She’s just as appalled at seeing herself this way as everyone else, without the camouflaging filters.”

Instead of embracing the natural aging process, the insider says that the former decathlon champion is “Keeping up with the Kardashians” and intent on undergoing further cosmetic procedures to maintain her image.

While Jenner’s representatives dismissed the rumors of additional surgeries as “fake news,” the anonymous source says the gold medalist is “convinced that going under the knife again is the answer.”

“A lot of people thought she should have left things alone years ago, but she didn’t and now it’s getting her down,” the informant shares.

According to Dr. Otto Placik, a Chicago-based plastic surgeon, her case is complicated due to the combined factors of aging, hormone therapy, and past surgeries.

The doctor, who has not treated Jenner but provided his professional insights, suggests that Jenner has likely undergone a facelift that resulted in a “lateral sweep,” causing an overly stretched appearance on the sides rather than a more natural vertical lift.

“She has lost a strong jawline, likely as a consequence of possible hormone manipulation and aging. However, using a chin augmentation would give her a more masculine appearance, which she may be averse to having.”

Additionally, Dr. Placik noted other signs of procedures, including a possible rhinoplasty“because her nose appears very narrow.”

He explains that “her upper eyebrows appear high, suggesting a brow forehead lift and/or upper eyelid lift,” but “her lower eyelids appear untreated.”

“I do believe she receives traditional fillers, especially in the lips, and Botox,” he adds.

For now, Jenner seems focused on keeping up with the latest cosmetic trends, showing no signs of stepping away from the surgeon’s chair despite the challenges of reversing past procedures. Whether further surgeries will yield the results she hopes for remains to be seen.
