(VIDEO)FINALLY, The Ode To Seniors We’ve All Been Waiting For – This Grandma Will Have You In Stitches

American vocalist Patsy Cline has inspired a countless number of aspiring country music stars with her poignant voice and country/pop crossover success. But, in this clip, one grandma has gone where no other Cline fan has ever ventured before.

As 90-Year-Old Vera was listening to Patsy Cline’s 1961 single “I Fall To Pieces” she was suddenly struck with an ingenious idea – to rewrite the lyrics from a senior citizen’s perspective. And the resulting musical masterpiece has us falling out of our seats.

In this clip, Vera is seen addressing a room of fellow grandma and grandpas. After introducing her new hit single “We Fall To Pieces,” she cautions any lingering whippersnappers with a warning: “if any of you think it’s not true, I’ve got news for you.”

As Vera begins to strum her acoustic guitar, we can hardly contain our laughter. Featuring lyrics like “we fall to pieces, just when we’re having a ball” and “we fall to pieces, each time we forget our Geritol,” Vera’s certainly struck gold with this country remaster, and we can’t wait to hear what she puts out next.
