Brown Sugar Meatloaf

Ingredients:

– 1 1/2 pounds ground beef

– 1 cup bread crumbs

– 1 onion, finely chopped

– 1 egg

– 1 cup milk

– Salt and pepper to taste

– 2 tablespoons brown sugar

– 2 tablespoons mustard

– 1/3 cup ketchup

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, bread crumbs, onion, egg, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.

3. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a lightly greased loaf pan.

4. In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, mustard, and ketchup. Mix well and spread over the top of the meatloaf.

5. Bake for 1 hour, or until the meatloaf is cooked through.
