If you love the sweet, crunchy flavor of Butterfinger candy, you’ll adore these no-bake Butterfinger Balls. They combine creamy peanut butter, rich chocolate, and bits of Butterfinger candy for a treat that’s indulgent yet simple to make — no oven required!
Ingredients:
-
1 ⅓ cups creamy peanut butter
-
½ cup salted butter, softened
-
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
-
2 cups powdered sugar
-
1 ½ cups Butterfinger Bits (plus extra for topping, optional)
-
3 cups chocolate melting wafers
Instructions:
1. Cream the Base
In a large bowl or stand mixer, combine the peanut butter, softened butter, and vanilla extract. Beat for about 30 seconds until smooth and creamy.
2. Mix in Sugar and Candy Bits
Sift the powdered sugar into the mixture and beat until fully incorporated. Gently fold in the Butterfinger Bits, keeping some texture for crunch.
3. Chill the Mixture
Refrigerate the mixture for 30 minutes to make it easier to handle.
4. Shape the Balls
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Use a medium cookie scoop to portion the mixture, then roll each portion into a ball. Place the balls on the sheet and freeze for 20–30 minutes until firm.
5. Melt the Chocolate
While the balls are chilling, melt the chocolate wafers in a microwave-safe bowl or over a double boiler. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth and fully melted.
6. Dip and Coat
Using a fork or dipping tool, fully coat each peanut butter ball in the melted chocolate. Allow excess chocolate to drip off, then place them back on the parchment-lined sheet.
7. Finish and Set
Sprinkle extra Butterfinger Bits on top, if desired. Let the chocolate set at room temperature or refrigerate until firm.
These Butterfinger Balls are perfect for parties, gifts, or a sweet treat at home. Crunchy, chocolatey, and irresistibly creamy — they’re sure to disappear fast!
