This comforting Chicken Bubble Biscuit Bake Casserole is a delicious and easy way to use up leftover chicken. The combination of creamy soup, savory seasonings, and buttery biscuits creates a dish that’s sure to please the whole family.

Ingredients:

Ingredient Quantity
Shredded Cheddar Cheese, divided 2 cups
Shredded Cooked Chicken 3 cups
Ranch Seasoning Mix 2 tablespoons
Cream of Chicken Soup 2 cans
Cooked Bacon, crumbled 1/4 cup
Sour Cream 1 1/2 cups
Refrigerated Biscuits (12 oz) 12 oz (1 can)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius).
  2. Combine Chicken Mixture: In a large bowl, mix together the sour cream, cream of chicken soup, shredded cooked chicken, ranch seasoning mix, 1 cup of the shredded cheddar cheese, and the crumbled cooked bacon.
  3. Prepare Biscuits: Slice the refrigerated biscuits into quarters.
  4. Combine Biscuits and Chicken Mixture: Carefully mix the biscuit pieces into the chicken mixture, ensuring they are evenly distributed.
  5. Assemble Casserole: Spread the mixture into a well-greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  6. Top with Cheese: Sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top of the casserole.
  7. Bake: Bake for 25-35 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the biscuits are cooked through and lightly golden brown.
  8. Serve: Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
