Instead of yelling I simply pushed my chair away from the table and walked over to the old telephone mounted on my kitchen wall. I dialed the direct number for my attorney Gabriella whom I had hired two years earlier to secure my property rights just in case a situation like this ever occurred. As Gabriella answered and asked if I wanted to begin the formal legal process of removing them from the property all color drained from my sons face. I kept the receiver in my hand and informed Linda she was merely a guest in a home where I paid every single bill.
