Cary Hiroyuki Tagawa, the actor whose piercing gaze and chilling presence defined some of Hollywood’s most unforgettable villains, has died at the age of 75 in Santa Barbara. Best known to millions as Shang Tsung from the Mortal Kombat franchise, Tagawa built a remarkable career spanning more than 150 film and television roles.
