These Oven-Baked Glazed Honey Garlic Sausages are an easy and delicious dish with a perfect balance of sweet and savory flavors. The sausages are coated in a simple honey garlic sauce and baked to perfection, making them a fantastic and fuss-free meal for any night of the week.

Ingredients:

Ingredient Quantity
Pork or beef sausages 8
Honey ¼ cup
Soy sauce 3 tablespoons
Olive oil 2 tablespoons
Garlic, minced 4 cloves
Medium onion, thinly sliced 1
Black pepper ½ teaspoon
Fresh parsley, chopped (optional) 1 tablespoon

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven & Prep Dish: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the 8 sausages in a rectangular aluminum foil container or a baking dish.
  2. Make the Glaze: In a small bowl, whisk together the ¼ cup honey, 3 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 4 cloves of minced garlic, and ½ teaspoon black pepper.
  3. Bake the Sausages: Pour the honey garlic mixture over the sausages, making sure they are well coated. Scatter the 1 thinly sliced medium onion among the sausages. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, turning the sausages halfway through, until they are golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Serve: Remove the dish from the oven and let the sausages rest for a few minutes. Garnish with the optional 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh parsley and serve.
