In 2003, Woody Allen wrote and directed Anything Else, which premiered as the opening night feature at the Venice International Film Festival. Initially receiving mixed reviews, the film has since gained a dedicated following.

It follows Jerry, a young writer navigating a tumultuous romance with Amanda, his high-maintenance girlfriend. Woody Allen delivers a standout performance as the seasoned writer offering wisdom to Jason Biggs, who holds his own in the role.

Christina Ricci shines in her portrayal of Amanda, capturing her character’s needy and unpredictable nature. Jimmy Fallon, Stockard Channing, and Danny DeVito round out the cast in this comedic exploration of love and relationships.
