Pineapple Bake (Easy Dessert Recipe)

A warm, sweet, and comforting treat that brings the taste of pineapple cobbler to your table with only a few pantry ingredients.

Ingredients

  • Crushed pineapple (with juice) 1 can (20 oz)
  • Granulated sugar 3/4 cup
  • Eggs 2 large
  • Cornstarch 2 tablespoons
  • Vanilla extract 2 teaspoons
  • Butter, sliced into pats 1 1/2 tablespoons
  • Ground cinnamon 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Step 1 – Preheat the Oven
    Heat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×9-inch baking dish.
  2. Step 2 – Mix the Base
    In a medium bowl, whisk together pineapple (with its juice), sugar, eggs, cornstarch, and vanilla until smooth and fully combined.
  3. Step 3 – Assemble
    Pour the pineapple mixture into the prepared baking dish. Place butter pats evenly across the top and sprinkle with cinnamon.
  4. Step 4 – Bake
    Bake for 45 minutes, or until the edges turn golden and the center is slightly firm.

Serving Suggestions

• Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream
• Add whipped cream for a creamy finish
• Chill and enjoy cold for a pudding-like texture
• Sprinkle toasted coconut on top for a tropical twist

Storage Tips
