An older white-haired man strolled into a jewelry store one Friday, accompanied by his lovely young partner. He informed the jeweler that he was seeking for a particular ring for his girlfriend. The jeweler went through his inventory and pulled out a $5,000 ring to show him. The old man remarked, “I don’t think you understand, I want something very special.”

“I know you need to make sure my cheque is good, so I’ll write it now and you can call the bank on Monday to verify the funds and I’ll pick up the ring Monday afternoon” explained the man. Monday morning, a grumpy jeweler called the elderly guy. “There’s no money in that account!” “I know,” the old man replied. “But can you imagine the weekend I just had?”
